Good for Nadler and Fosella! Glad to see some members of Congress working together to help the plight of families who suffer persecution in China and need refugee status.

The Court's ruling is absolutely ridiculous .. but we can only wait and see how many other congressional reps use this opportunity to deny that China's one-child policy exists and insist that it should be funded.
