Education Dept. Criticized Over Special Ed. Checks
in response to reader comment: A suspect website

Ms. Bohl, I'm glad you came forward to set the record straight. I too would be upset if someone quoted me saying something I didn't say! While it would not suprise me to hear comments on that site taken out of context in this case ( or "rumored" or "ad-libed" and such) the initial issue with Mr. Kelly still stands and has already been proven by his own decisions that he has put in writing. The article was supposed to be about Mr. Kelly and how he makes his decisions. This situation simply can not go on without a through, unbiased investiagation into his decisions and activities. Did you happen to be one of the many attorney's that had a meeting to begin the civil rights case against this man and his office? Have you spoken to Andrew Cuddy? I know he is working very hard to find out what is fact and fiction in this case. I'm sure he would appreciate speaking to someone who WILL stand up and set the record straight.
