Dear God. My heart SO goes out to you! If I could...I'd give you a hug myself. There is NO possible excuse for any of the living hell you and your son have been through. NONE. I thought MY school district was a bad! Yours is WORSE!!!! I'm horrified by your story...it should NEVER have happened! And the fact that Mr. Kelly actually IGNORED all this is more than disgusting, its down right CRIMINAL! We have to find a way to make this moron criminally liable for outright endangering the welfare of the children he is SUPPOSED to be protecting. THIS CAN'T GO ON! Please...contact me via email at ladijules@a-znet.com I really would like to hear the whole story and to find out what is going on with your son now. (Us parents have to stick together and help each other!) I'm sure Andy Cuddy would be very interested in your story as well, as I know he and several other lawyers are working on creating a civil rights lawsuit against this nutcase. This whole thing is insane. No parent should have to stand by and watch their child torchured by a school (and the system) and have no recourse to do anything about it!
