"what if public opinion in those countries (Saudi Arabia, Jordan, etc.) is wrong?" (Gitell, 2007) to make a balance, I would say, "What if U.S policies in Middle East is wrong?" think within the society as an insider is different with an outsider. What is good for America is not always good for other nations. I say, Walt is reputable in giving explanations why most of the world opposing U.S Hegemony.
