My new condo building has a "beacon" on it with over 300 bulbs! It was advertised to me as a "green" building! They would probably excuse themselves for the useless light box by saying, "they're compact flourescents."

There will always be one set of rules for us and a different set of rules for the elites. We're supposed to switch to eye-straining flourescent lighting and plant trees in our already closet-sized backyards, while elite billionaire mayors presumably knock-down trees to build thier gigantic SURPLUS homes and highlight their artwork with powerful hologen bulbs.

Just think, our mayor is a great mayor and he says things like this!
