To avoid any Federalisation of health care, or even any Governmental interference in health care, we should do away with any and all tax breaks associated with health care. So your health insurance premiums are not tax deductible, all medical expenses are at your expense and do not come into tax rebate bracket. In other words you buy your health care the same as you buy your food. No tax breaks, no tax rebates, nothing.
That way the Government cannot and does not get into aspect of health care. For all you who wish for a completely private health care system, do not claim any tax rebates on any insurance premiuims or any medical related expenses and tell your political leaders why you are not claiming tax beenfits on medical and health expenses.
Your choice.
