So, the USA is 37th and France is in first place according to the World Health Organization. They are fourth in spending and we are first in spending. What people don't hear very often is that we are 72nd in terms of overall health statistics. All countries, number 36 down to number 1, have a single payer system and spend less than we do. So why is Universal Health Care not going to work?
