I hereby nominate McMinnville (Oregon) D.A. Bradley Berry for the Mike Nifong Award, given to the D.A. who is the most guilty of abusive prosecution in his zealous desire to make "sex offenders" out of normal (if stupid) horseplay routinely conducted by 12-year-old boys in every junior high school and middle school in this and just about every other country.

These two kids should have been sent to the principal's office, and given a Saturday or three's invitation to the Breakfast Club.

If there were any justice, this idiot Berry would be disbarred, tarred, feathered, run out of town on a rail--straight into the same jail cell where former D.A. Nifong will be doing his time. Just be careful not to drop the soap, Brad. Some 6-5, 300 lb. bubba might do something to your butt other than slap it.

As for Damon, he should be prosecuted for not hitting.
