when i sgoing to stop all the underhanded deals for he who supplies the money. Yes the project is good for the city but it should be good for all the city not just the deep pocket parents who can't find places to get rid of their kid. Why not have a contract stating that the a certian amount of the parks are not part of the preference but remember the contract would have to say must be maintained all in the same manor.

Likely anything will be fair money talks and everyone is getting priced out of the game.

What else is new
