Plan for Housing for Homeless, Mentally Ill Divides Neighborhood

Why does it seem that the issue of having housing for the homeless and mentally challenge is so had to get done. Well no money in Mayor is there.

Randell Island has a great location near the hospital that could be developed int a great facility all you have to do is do it. The city is a time waster and unless the right people are in the mix nothing will get done.

Why not have most of the homeless and mentally challenge live on the Island whild they can get training and help for their needs without having to ride the subway and some that walk around are scarey. Stop looking the other way and stop trying to intergrate them into areas where they become a problem. The problem is politically people are afraid to say this is a problem and the homeless and mentally challenge need to have a safe enviorment where they can recover or live their life without fear.

Get real and face the problem knuckle heads

Give me a week and I can show you 10 great locations to place these facilities without anyone getting there hair up.
