there's a difference between racism and prejudice. The stereotype begins with a truism. Most crimes against blacks are committed by blacks ergo blacks are tagged with the sterotype. Unless you address the origin of the problem, noth/ing is solved. That doesn't make it right or fair but the black community needs to address it for it to change.
