Of course, the self-interested Robert Holden is beating the drum for Gallagher's resignation. Despite selecting Gallagher as the Juniper Park Civic Association's Man of the Year and printing a glowing article about Gallagher in Holden's propaganda vehicle, The Juniper Berry, it's clear that Holden will try to get into office in a special election if Gallagher resigns or is removed.
