Speculation Buzzes on Possible Sale Of Municipal Building in Manhattan

I think it is great for all of these Real Estate developers to profit highly for themselves and their heirs to profit, however they and it is only about 30-50 developers have ruined the city and have forced out the middle class that have so consistantly made N.Y. what is is the real threads of N.Y. - With family businesses, public schooling, jobs and just a real sense of urban city with strong values. We should bring back Rent control and respect the middle class and stop forcing them out of the city to the suburbs that are also so crowded /overcrowded- the highways alone can not handle the new influx of drivers across the five boroughs. Business needs a place in the city as well as municipal offices that are accessible for municipal ities to work together - the courts, law firms will be the next forced out and then what - go to Long Island City for a marriage license??At some point it has to stop and Bloomberg has no sense of middle class - maybe we should bring back Ed Koch -
