In the past few years, a new and powerful electronic tool has come to the rescue of spouses unaware of their spouses' secret financial dealings and assets. New law and the new computer forensics industry are addressing this area by enabling a forensic expert quickly copy the hard drive of the family computer, and even of the spouse's company laptop in certain cases. The key is to secure the computer early to quickly assess the spouse's real net worth.
I have lectured on this topic to the matrimonial bar, and can write an article for your publication..
