Excellent article. Only thing, why is "society" (read the middle classes) getting involved in something that is terrible for all concerned, but essentially none of their business? What a woman does concerns no one but her.
Pro-Life? Go and "save" something that lives and breathes and needs saving. Children born with drug addictions, HIV, in poor families, starving, there's plenty of suffering already.
Pro-Choice? Go and "give choice" to those that live and breathe. Children born with drug addictions, HIV, in poor families, starving, there's plenty of children who actually have no choices.
Anyone not facing this horrendous decision? Go away; it's got absolutely nothing to do with you.
Oh, and men? leave it alone. You want children, go find a lady who will have your children. She doesn't want "your" child? Who cares? and what on earth are you doing putting a woman in that position anyway? Get ready to pay Child Support for a long time to come; or to take on the full responsibility that parenthood entails and that so many men, and women, fail to do...
