Taiwan has been mistreated by world opinion because China -- like the 800 pound gorilla it is -- throws its weight around at every opportunity. To discern China's real policy intentions one need only take a glance at Russia's behavior before "the Wall" was knocked over by President Reagan leading world opinion.
