Ms Shleas skirts the issue a bit, because it all boils down to entitlements. Medicare Part D, and the drug discounts Americans are supporting through their taxes to pay for it, amounts to enslaving today's workers to pay for Grandma's meds (http://medsabroad.com/?p=182).
Entitlements are all bad news. People need to be responsible for themselves, including their retirement needs.
