Floating Melodies Treated With Greatness

Thank you, Mr. Kirshnit, for such an insightful and interesting piece on the performance of the Rheinberger Mass at St. Bartholomew's. I hope that there are more such pieces to come in your publication. I wholeheartedly agree with you regarding cell phone chatting during performances and/or church services, and find it hard to believe how often chatters invade others' public solitude with their blathering nonsense. Wouldn't it be wonderful if all concert halls, churches, temples, theatres, etc. could simply block all cell phone signals and thus protect the sense of unity in experience that a public performance can inspire?
