"No one has the right to perform any religious practices in public schools"...
You're right. Schools shouldn't be allowed to rent class space to anyone who might ever reference a deity, including the Democratic and Republican parties. Boy Scouts of America is certainly out. Music programs must be prevented from including any music with religious roots. This goes doubly true for Mozart and Beethoven. First Amendment privileges should be suspended, including freedom of assembly, freedom of expression, and freedom of worship. The absence of worship should be all the religious freedom any student needs. We should ban all references to deity in daily conversation (even vain ones), censor the Pledge of Allegiance, the National Anthem, and prohibit the use of U.S. Currency. Any clothing religious in nature, or bearing religious symbols should not be allowed. And under no circumstances should students be allowed to have private, personal prayer on school grounds.
... on second thought, maybe you're a bit over the edge. I'll stick with the Supreme Court's "Lemon" test.
