New York program of "Summer jobs for youths" goes up to ages 26 years old. The Schip program goes to ages up to 25 years.

Perhaps we can call children as children to ages 18 at least and be able to pay for their health insurance. As for the older ones, go out and find yourself a job even if it means cleaning offices at night. Anyone of 18 years and older should be able to do that.

If not, open up clinics for those of 18 up to 25 and have doctors on hand to care for them...residents besides hospitals that must put in some time in order to get their residency completed.

Medical fees increased as did hospital bills as soon as the government got involved. Before that, believe it or not..doctors made housecalls. Now, they are overbooked in order to collect enough money to keep up their office rent and patients sit in the offices for hours.
