Theodore Roosevelt Group Plans New Museum

One side of Oyster Bay is anchored by Sagamore Hill, another by the Oyster Bay Railroad museum highlighting TR's use of the Oyster Bay line, and closer to the middle of town is a grand TR statue. Instead of another strip mall the area should be spruced up on the south side of town by anchoring it with a TR museum. For years, Oyster Bay has been trying to figure out what will revitalize it; I think a presidential museum would help. There are enough museums in Washington, D.C.; Manhattan; and Massachusetts. There are few attractions on Long Island that would compare to a presidential museum and library -- build it on Long Island!!!
