Just as beauty is in the eye of the beholder, so too is ignorance and fear. From afar, it appears that the reading of this Arabic school by those who oppose it is rooted in ignorance that willing smashes other useful cultures, and mindless fear that runs away from useful knowledge. This episode is a reminder of Richard Rogers words, "You have to be taught to hate and fear....You must be carefully taught." I lament that we have so many who have been carefully taught.
