The only thing about that is, in the state of Texas, the Chips program only covers to the age of 18 and the day of your birthday, its shut off. Nowa days, kids are staying at home...whether they have a job or not, it's never enough to pay for doctor bills...CHIPS is suppose to be for the people who can't afford high priced childrens insurance, but won't give it out. I think there SHOULD be a insurance of assisted price to the age of 25, since most to that age are trying to survive with paying off college....
