tough call on who got the better of that deal. I always believe that pitching is more important than hitting so I'll give the slight edge to the Sox. Mike Lowell has been great too. I must admit that I cringe when I see Hanley's numbers. (I also cringe when I see Lugo's numbers). I had a chance to see him quite a few times playing in AA so we all knew he was going to be something special. It will be interesting when/if he hits the free agent market, no?
