Skull Caps, Turbans, etc.. Are Different Than Total Face Coverings

I don't recall a bank robbery being made with Skull Caps or Turbans to hide the perpertrator. It is natural and human to identify a person by observing their face. Moslems who cannot abide this should of course be made to go elsewhere to live.
