First of all youerconstruction workers will not live in the area,when white folks talk about bring jobs its a code word for low wage jobs and and after the complex is built we will not be able to afford an apartment their.

Just look what happening on 125th street all the mom and pop stores are on their wau out tomake room for high end clothing stores that will only be supported by whie folks, SCAM, SCAM and more SCAM.
