Judge Weinstein, a well known anti-second amendment and personal rights judge in NY Sate, ruled against gun dealers. Is this a surprise to anyone? It is consistant with every firearm case he has dealt with and all of his firearms decisions have been overturned on review. This one will be no exception.

What a waste of tax payers dollars.
