The 21 states that have rejected legalization of assisted suicide are right; Oregon is full of problems, including that the system is so opaque that it is impossible to document what's really going on. The state has no funding or even authority to detect violations and abuses, and "The Oregonian" has said, in essence, that the system seems rigged to avoid finding the answers.
