but what about the fact it takes so long to get a complaint resolved now. Adding 3000 complaints a day just proves the city is in terrible repair. Rat complaints take weeks to get a response to and then the response is to issue tickets to some homeowner instead of the city tackling the problem....you aren't delivering Pepsi or stocking shelves. The problems many times are more complex. It took 9 months to fix a street light in fronmt of my house, so they can tract the ones that are out better....
