Rutgers isn't the team the Big East wants. There are more Penn State fans in New Jersey than Rutgers fans. Rutgers would jump at the opportunity to join the Big Ten. They could play their home games at the Meadowlands. Forget about the ethical question about a lawsuit. Temple University was part of that lawsuit against the ACC and they were being thrown out of the Big East! The Big East football teams will probably join a smaller conference.
