There are loopholes in every law, and maybe Fred has found a loophole. If he has, has he broken the law? I received a letter from "Friends of Fred" and it clearly states that he is "testing the waters and they are warm", no doubt that is an indication that he is going to officially run for President. However, when any candidate files for an exploratory committee does that not indicate that they too will more than likely run for office as well. Yes, he is dragging his feet and he is both making and saving money at the same time, but tell me the truth, maybe he along with Mike Huckabee do actually budget their campaign cash. Everyone knows that is not the "NORM". Top tier candidates spend loosly. How can us working class people be expected to donate or contribute to a candidates campaign when they spend so much on so little and it takes us so long to make so little? Good job Fred, glad you found a loophole that allows you to raise money with out being obligated to spend so much so fast and you too Huckabee, you made Romney look like he really did buy the results in Iowa.
