The title of your article indicates that Michael Vick is making a huge sacrifice by owning up to his criminal behavior. What did the dozens of innocent dogs sacrifice for him to be entertained? Dogfighting is a very sick crime perpetuated by deeply troubled criminals. Vick needs to be locked up for as long as we can possibly do it, and he should have to pay for his incarceration expenses himself. Then, he should devote the rest of his life to undoing the damage he has caused. I am glad that the crime of dogfighting has been exposed, but I weep and pray for the millions of dogs throughout history who have been tortured for the sadistic satisfaction of evil men like Vick.
