Paul, my previous comments stand. However, on a re-read, the Cluizel Single Plantation was clearly ina league, and price point of its own. That could ahve been mentioned. The Jacques Torres, Max and Godiva were a bit more evenly matched. Other NYC comparisons might have included the Chocolate Bar rather than Cluizel, which would ahve been better matched with Valrhona, Amadei and ScharffenBerger, among others. Maybe that can be round 2..! Pls let e know if you need help in your possee!
