I think the Internet indicators are going to provide a good glimps into the more unknowns. Those with strong Internet performance will have good basees to get out the vote. Take a look at how things are shaping out form this weeks Internet perofrmance index. Impact of Internet on 2008 Election

It's a bit amazing to see Ron Paul leading the republicans. Yet he did win the Washington state straw poll so could be an early indicator of the power of the Internet on the 2008 election.
