The Saga of Sacco and Vanzetti
in response to reader comment: Sacco and Vanzetti a saga for our times too

Mr. Payne, Sacco and Vanzetti were followers of Luigi Galleani, an anarcho-communist advocate of "propaganda by the deed" i.e. terrorism. They were carrying handguns and ammunition when arrested. Circumstantial evidence, true, but these two men were hardly arrested "for their beliefs" as is claimed by radical leftists.
