CUNY Hires 40 Professors At the College of Technology

Here is the easiest predicton one could ever make: by hiring many more full time professors, the costs will certainly go up, and it will certainly make no difference to the educational outcomes of the students. While it may be true that tenure TRACK professors may be more involved, tenure TRACK professors grow up to be TENURED professors, and tenure has a way of disengaging people from their responsibilities.
