. . . is not being well conducted. Nothing succeeds like success, of course. After trillions in taxes for defense (offense) over the last couple decades, the American public expected this war to be fought from space by warriors in computer rooms in Georgia or Florida. Being picked off 2 and 10 at a time while pussyfooting around mosques is no way to fight a war of this consequence, and has the American people righteously upset. Bush would have done well to mind the 'American Street' rather than the 'Arab Street', but this Baker Admin clearly has other priorities.
