I am confused. Who do I believe ? Youssef Ibrahim or the US Government. ??

The US President, Vice President, Secrtary of State, Secretary of Defense, The Fed, CIA,....etc, all talk good about Saudi Arabia's role in world peace, terror-fight, stable energy supplies, and yet Youssef Ibrahim was able to author this fiction ?
