iPhone Lawsuit Calls for Unblocking Services

Can anyone file a class action lawsuit? or only a lawyer? If the latter, does that mean that Mr. Kliegerman is a lawyer?

I am very curious to know about the process of filing such a lawsuit since I am not a lawyer, but I would like to organize a class action lawsuit against a big company that uses deception tactics and its power to rip off its customers (including myself). How do I initiate such a move?

Is there a list of such lawyers who specialize in such lawsuits and that can examine my case to decide whether it is worth pursuing ("can stand a chance in court")?

Thanks!
Joseph
