Turkey's New President: Gul or Ghoul?

Submitted by Osmann, Aug 30, 2007 09:21

The "Ghouls" that have taken over the foreign policy of the USA, and the mouth pieces of anti-islamic / pro-israeli propaganda could write such nonsense, It is a good sign, in that in their desperation to vilify

anything islamic, they make nonsensical claims of "ghouls" out of democratically elected, highly esteemed, highly qualified officials. The Turkish people have won, with AKP in government and Gul as president. The subversive forces have LOST and are losing. "Real democracy" is the result we see in Turkey today. Turkey is on a good path, and the fear/warmongers do not like it and have LOST.

The fact of the matter is Gul is tolerant, and the enemies of democracy in Turkey (and at NYsun) are NOT. One only needs to ask the question; "what harm has AKP and its leaders inflicted"? The answer is the contrary.... under AKP, Turkey is finally advancing economically and socially to be a regional leader AKP has routed out the criminals in a corrupt system, who have stolen from the state coffers, brought peace and stability.. Islam does not conflict with democracy, human rights, freedom of religion, and general progressive reform to empower the masses instead of lining the pockets of the MINORITY criminals and kemalist "elite".
