Yes, Tuna coached the NY Giants. Mr. Barra probably doesn't follow the Dallas Cowboys much, if at all. There's just no basis for this statement. Phillips was a successful coach at San Diego, helping to turn that team's defense around. His 2007 Dallas Cowboys training camp has been praised, and he has the respect of his players.
