Your response to the article and book by Messrs. Mearsheimer and Walt once again exemplifies the proclivity of Israelis and Israel's supporters to label all who criticize the oppressive policies of Israelis toward Palestinians as 'anti-semetic'. I applaud the courage of the two authors in illuminating the cause of U.S. support of Israel. I further strongly disagree with you over whether, if left to its own devices, the media would continue with its pro-Israel reporting. If that were the case, there would be no need for groups such as the Committee for Accurate Reporting in the Middle East (CAMERA) to strong-arm the media into casting Israel in a favorable light regardless of the atrocities it commits.
