How To Save Africa

Submitted by Sanji Ramachandra, Aug 31, 2007 08:05

Africa can truly not be saved by do-gooders. These well meant but ultimately deluded fools will exacerbate the problems of Africans to hellish levels, if given their way.

There is no middle class in Africa, because the middle class either emigrates to Europe or dies of infections such as HIV. Corrupt upper classes in Africa steal aid from developed nations from the poor, then sell the materials on the black market for their own profit.

You must begin with the rule of law. There is nothing like that in all of Africa. Only corruption, neglect, cruelty, and counter-productive caretaking, as of an invalid.
