Dear Emma,
In worked with Mike on this piece and we talked alot about his ideal high school. Mike believes that young people should stay in school until at least 5:00 but they should have some freedom of choice about their activitites. This high school experience would be more like college because the extracurriculars would be like electives, And remember- high school would end at 16, so you would be stuck in school. Mike believes that by giving kids responsibility earlier, they will rise to the task.
