Bush Offers Steps To Stem Foreclosures

Submitted by Jean, Sep 3, 2007 20:21

Good Evening, I'm glad that President Bush sees a need in this area of concern. My husband and I purchased out first home together last Feb. We had a lot of hidden cost and payments were $300.00 more than what we were told. We have two payments totaling of $1,170.77. One is Arm @7.25% other is PMI @ 11.625%. We were told that we could refinance in a year. We made our payments on time every month for a year hoping to refinance. Well, no one would help us. Now we are three months behind and do not know what to do. Can some one help PLEASE!!!!
