Mayor Bloomberg may want to pay attention today 9/5/07 and notice the substantial reduction in "congestion" throughout Manhattan due to the partial taxi strike. Maybe we should do away with some of the cabs instead of his not thoroughly thought out "Congestion Pricing Plan".
