‘Don't Not Ask - and Do Tell'

Submitted by Charles Sproull, Sep 6, 2007 06:42

Recently I went out to look at our garden, and noticed leaves missing from the top of a tomato plant. After looking carefully at the lower leaves and stems, I finally saw a Tomato Worm and removed it. Their pretty light green skin and texture allows them to blend in so well with the plant they are devastating, that its almost impossible to see them ... until you to look a little deeper.

Gardeners who care for their plants aren't "worm phobic," they just don't want Tomato Worms crawling around eating leaves and buds and tomatoes, just to satisfy their own selfish appetite? Worms may want "equal rights" and to be a "protected minority," but not in my garden. Granting them "equal rights" would destroy my Tomato Plant's freedom of expression.

The so-called "Human Rights Campaign" is infesting portions of American culture like Tomato Worms in our gardens. They are trying to blend in by identifying themselves with decent concepts like "civil rights," "marriage" and "diversity."

They demand "gay rights" and desire to legalize so-called "gay marriage" between two people of the same gender (which incidentally is impossible). Then they claim, "Oh, there is no danger or threat to society or to your children, because its only for consenting adults." Only gullible politicians and law believe this. But look a little deeper.

According to a Guide Magazine article written 20 years ago titled "The Overhauling of Straight America," HRC's propaganda includes making homosexual relationships look as good as normal marriage, make normal people's good-natureed opposition to homosexuality appear as "hate crimes," and make gays look like victims so we will feel sorry for them.

Looking even deeper, under the surface we can see that HRC really wants to legalize multiple relationships and dozens of immoral, perverted sexual acts. But these result in serious diseases and psychological problems that are shortening people's lives. ("Schools withhold sad facts about homosexual lifestyle" by Rick Fitzgibbons, and "The Negative Health Effects of Homosexuality" by Timothy J. Dailey).

In America we need voters and leaders with the vision and personal character to oppose HRC's corrupting influence, and protect normal marriages and children with God's loving influence.
