Labor Reconsidered: A Matter of Culture

Submitted by debbie, Sep 8, 2007 20:44

Why work for others who don't appreciate what you do for them? Or favoritism? Jealousy? Instead of getting a pat on the back for doing an excellent job, get kicked in the _ _ _. Those who stand around watching others work or a friend or family member is there, they get a slap on the wrist or pat on the back for meesing up or just being there. I don't have enough time or space to say more, but I have worked in factory since i dont know when. I can't get a job in a factory or any other place because of the lame excuses and terminations for the great work I have done. I just wish I could figure out a home-based business that I could do at home.
