1. Establish a terrorist office in Damascus headed by terrorist leader Mashaal.
2. This office will maintain ties with Hamas - the terrorist leaders in Gaza.
3. The will be instructed to kill and kidnap Israeli soldiers.
4. They will send deadly kassem rockets into Israeli towns and kindergartens.
5. Syria will allow and assist Iranian arms being sent to Hezbollah in Lebanon.
These arms include rockets for killing Israeli civilians - women and children.
6. They will assist arms and personnel transfers into Iraq in order to kill American soldiers.

Wait a minute. They've been doing this for years. Guess I am wrong.
