You don't understand Brett's value to the Pack. On leadership alone, the guy is worth 6 to 8 points a game. Still has the best arm I've ever seen, and I've seen, in person, Unitas, Marino, Kelly, Namath, Elway, and many, many more. I'll take Brett over any qb playing right now, and that includes Manning, whose receivers and protection make his job a helluva lot easier. Favre is the perfect veteran leader on a very young team, and as a guy who used to watch Lombardi cuss away while riding the blocking sled, I can tell you that Green Bay, my city, and our state of Wisconsin love the guy, and appreciate all he has done, and continues to do, for us. Next time you write a smear piece, consider all the angles first before you rip one of the greatest football players of all time.
